The MYAC strives to enhance the lives of Niagara youth by introducing events that provide a source of entertainment as well as an outlet for young artists. We serve to provide volunteer opportunities for our fellow students and providing various benefits for the youth. Over its establishment, the MYAC has introduced various events including the Film Festival, CultureFest, Battle of the Bands, School-A-Palooza, Youth Forums, Centennial Celebration, Ice Jam, Niagara Transit 25 cent bus rides, Out of the Cold and Adopt-A-Street.
Each year, the MYAC grows as it is composed of a variety of youth. The youth voice is the most powerful resource of the committee; it is through these events that the Committee strives to keep it alive.
